Hello everyone!
First off, today’s update is an bit of an inside joke with my pal Cat in England. She was kind enough to send wonderful parcels of English treats to me and my kids last year- Penguins biscuits, Earl Grey teas, out of this world chocolate from the Cadbury factory, and this stuff called Marmite. If you’re British you know how polarizing Marmite is. 
But I wanted to get this stuff in the story, and so little Chooloo is our resident Marmite fanatic. ^_^

Friday, I did my interview with Tall Tale Radio 
host Tom Racine, and it was sure fun! Lots of jabber about lots of things. I hope I don’t sound too dumb. ^_^ It will be up next week or so. I will be sure to let you know. In the meantime, check out the interview with Irma Eriksson, creator of Imy. 
I also want to share a link with a beautiful and intriguing comic that I had discovered on Drunk Duck several months back. I was pleased to hear from the creator, Dien recently and that the story was still updating. Check it out!
Okay today’s question is a dicey one. And I hope you all will comment freely. I have considered doing a collection of Xylia nudes to sell as my first collection of downloadable art prints. These of course will be beautiful and done in the most asthetic way- not in a cheesey manner, you all know me. They will only be available to 18+. But-I still want to get your thoughts, readers.

Tasteful nudes can be gorgeous and artistic. I’d hope it’d be more than just the girls, though! I’d be happy and might even buy, though I prefer real prints, alas.
However, speaking honestly, I caved in on buying a set of half nude prints at a con from an artist because they were tasteful and beautiful pieces of art rather than cheeseballs, so I do like that kind of thing. I think it’d be an interesting idea.

Marmite makes good soup, I tell you. Just one big spoonful into hot water and you’re all set. Yum. But that’s probably just me and my weird taste buds. I think nude pictures are really beautiful if done the right way. Love your art!

Slightly iffy about marmite. Even more iffy about loud ‘CRRAACK!!’s.
As for the nudes; just think about all those pictures of naked people artists have painted over the years, on subjects varying from paintings to sculptures to the ceiling of a friggin’ church. (Which you have to lie on your back to fully appreciate. Oh the irony.) Think of all those different pictures of Venus – I don’t think I’ve EVER seen a picture of Venus where she’s actually fully dressed. Basically, the human body is considered an aesthetic subject, not merely something to be drooled and lusted over, and can be shown without being coarse.
Plus, they’ll have wings. Everything’s better with wings.

The human body is a beautiful work of art. I don’t doubt that your works would be both beautiful and tasteful, Barb. And I agree also with Sarah, everything’s better with wings! lol!
The timing of that “Crack!” makes me more than a little nervous there, kind of like she spoke too soon?! yikes!

I totally agree with the statement that everything is better with wings, because they are! I personally believe (as does everyone else here apparently
) that tasteful nude artwork can look very beautiful and I know that you would do a wonderful job of making it tasteful! I would probably buy it too if A) I had money the money to spend on things like that and B) I wasn’t under 18 (curse this young fleshy prison! >_<). But kudos to everyone who fits into those two categories and wants to have some art from the fabulous artist of this fabulous webcomic!
And that CRAACK does sound pretty bad! What’s next!?! O.O

LOL, Tychia has such a dirty mouth. XD Man, she makes me laugh, in a good way but probably not in a way that she’d appreciate.
‘Tasteful’ nudes? well you can count me out. jk The body is a beautiful thing and you do beautiful work. Seems like a win-win situation, you can list me in the ‘aye’ column.

YES! MARMITE! If you don’t like it, my thoughts are with you, because you’re truly missing one of the most satisfying taste experiences in this world. Very happy to see it in the comic.

For some reason I find the little Marmite dude way more entertaining than I should.
I have no problem with nudes although I second Ti in saying not just the girls…

Am I the only one who hasn’t had marmite here? It it because I’m american or what? I swear to god, I’ve never even heard of the stuff…..but choo seems to love it like there’s no tomorrow, so good on him
As for the question….I have no problem with it, especially the girls (and especially especially Tychia), but I honestly don’t know whether or not I’d actually buy one….though considering I make it a rule to buy a Boris/Julie calender every year, that may be a little hypocritical. Ah, well…
Oh, right the comic…..welll, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again….crack is bad. This can not be good. Fortunately, I know Tychia can handle it

Hey Barb! Go for it, it’ll make you a little bit of cash and you got some good taste. ^_^ You likely have two legitimate concerns.
1) That you will isolate some readers due to selling a nude collection.
-If they don’t like em, they don’t have to buy em or see em. You’re not ambushing those people with these.
2) That some will think that you’re ’selling out’.
And I appreciate that. Frankly, somebody might hurl this slander at you anyway… please don’t feel the need to even defend yourself from that camp.
-To be honest, this would be a concern of mine, BUT! I know you have really good taste… this won’t be cheesy or gratuitous, it will be art.

I love your artwork! This is my first time reading your strip, and I’ve exposed it to a bunch of other people who read and comment on comics over at gocomics.com. I’d love to see your strip become part of their roster, if such a thing could come to be. I will donate when I find work myself, meanwhile–I’d say do semi- or full nudes of Tychia and Xylia and maybe Ambrosia too.
I do like to see men now and then, since I’m hetero.

I love Cadbury chocolate… Cadbury eggs and Carmello candy bars are really good (espeically the eggs, but they’re only around in Spring – I wonder why I haven’t seen the commercials for so long…). If the Cadbury stuff you got was from England, I wonder if it’s the same thing or if it could be better than what’s in America… I think on the wrappers it says it’s a part of Hershey, but Hershey’s chocolate doesn’t taste very good in comparison.
