comics for May 21, 2008 – 05/21/2008

Hi Xyliacs! Happy Thursday! For starters, I have a couple big thank yous I need to say- first to everyone who has written me with words of encouragement about Xylia, and to help me through my rough patch, and for your understanding of the late Monday updates. Also, I really want to say thank you for everyone that posted such inspiring and humbling comments about what you like about Xylia. I really did not expect that. It was very affirming for me to find out that the characters and story were as well liked as the pictures. It was a real shot in the arm and helped bolster my waning confidence. Thank you eveyrone.

And now I ask you this: What would you want to see a picture of in a Xylia calendar? I have a few images already, but I wondered if there were any other things you might have ideas for- even off the wall ones (I have a crazy tango idea that popped in my head today and I do not know why, but if it doesnt leave I will get stuck drawing it….) Some folks in the forum have mentioned ‘happy trails’ – ahem. Anyway- what are YOUR ideas?!

Sadly, our friends Adam and Brandie did not win the wedding contest. It was very close. Down to a few votes. Thank you everyone who helped them out by voting.
